Traceability. Registration and tracking system.

It is becoming increasingly important to know the exact source or composition of a product or part. It is crucial for the health and safety of everyone and everything involved in any way with the products or parts that are made at Kepser to be able to trace every component. We have done a lot to make our work as transparent as possible and to provide maximum clarity for customers in the food industry, the offshore market and defence, for example.

We developed our own ERP registration and tracing system for tracing the origin of sheet metal and construction materials. All incoming sheet metal and construction materials have a 3.1 certificate so that their origin can be traced via this intelligent system. Every stage of the process is scanned by means of a barcode system. With ERP, the traceability of materials is guaranteed, we always have an up-to-date overview of our stock and sheet metal waste has been reduced by 5%.
